If you don’t want Automatic Cover, you can opt out when you join or at any time before cover commences in your account on the mobile app or web app.
You can also cancel your insurance cover at any time. All insurance cover is subject to a 30-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, and decide you don’t want insurance cover (either new or an increase in cover), you can cancel or go back to your existing insurance cover within the cooling-off period by contacting us. Cover will be cancelled from the date the insurance started and any premiums will be refunded to your account provided no claims were lodged.
