What features are being updated following the admin transition?
The Limited Service Period has ended and most Spaceship Super services are now operating normally. We're finalising updates to a few features. Your super balance and investments are unaffected, and we're working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
What’s still being updated?
First Home Super Saver (FHSS) tracker
If you made eligible contributions since the Limited Service Period began, these may not be visible in your FHSS tracker at this time. We're working to update this.
Important: Your contributions have been received and invested as normal. Only the tracker display is affected - there's no impact to your actual contributions or eligibility.
Super Balance chart
Your balance history is currently only available from 28 November 2025 onwards. Historical balance data from before this date will be restored soon.
Your current balance is accurate and up to date.
Finding super accounts
The feature to search and find your other super accounts is temporarily unavailable. We're working to restore this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can still make a rollover using alternative methods. Instructions are available within the app.
When will these features be fully updated?
We're working to restore full functionality to all affected features as soon as possible.
