Terms and conditions
All monetary amounts referred to in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
This offer to participate in our $3,000 Giveaway for Spaceship Voyager is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) of Level 3, 160 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (we, us, our) subject to these terms.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that you have agreed and complied with these terms and conditions. By accepting a prize, you are taken to agree to these terms.
This trade promotion is open to Australian tax residents over the age of 16 who have signed up for at least one of the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio, Spaceship Earth Portfolio, Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio, or Spaceship Explorer Portfolio (collectively, Spaceship Voyager). Employees of Spaceship, and their family members, may not enter the $3,000 Giveaway.
What will you get?
If you meet the Eligibility Criteria below, you’ll go in the draw for either a grand prize of $1,000, or one of ten $200 prizes, paid as units into the primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio of each winner.
What do you need to do?
You’ll be entered into the draw when you make an investment, that is part of an Investment Plan, into a Spaceship Voyager portfolio during the promotional period.
Entries open on 1 February 2026, and close on 28 February 2026. There are no additional fees to enter or minimum investment amount.
For one entry: Between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026, use the Spaceship mobile app or web app to make an investment that is part of an Investment Plan that successfully settles.
What do you need to do (Eligibility Criteria)?
To be eligible you must:
Have an open Spaceship Voyager portfolio with a balance on 5 March 2026;
Not cancel the investment plan (for which you’ve gained entry to the giveaway) before 5 March 2026;
Use the Spaceship mobile app or web app to make an investment that is part of an Investment Plan and that successfully settles between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026.
You can have up to 1 entry in the draw. If you enter the draw more than once, only 1 entry will be counted.
How and when a winning prize will be given to you?
The $3,000 Giveaway draw will be held on 9 March 2026, at 2.00pm (AEST).
There will be one random electronic draw to select the 11 winners for the prizes held at Spaceship’s offices. We will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine winners. The first entry randomly drawn from all entries will provisionally win the $1,000 prize. The next 10 entries randomly drawn from all entries will provisionally win a $200 prize. We may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry is unclaimed or otherwise deemed invalid. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners and will hold an unclaimed prize for 30 days until awarding it to a reserve winner.
The winners of the draw will be notified by email on 10 March 2026.
We will publish the names and postcodes of the eleven winners, unless the winners request their details not to be published. Spaceship Privacy Policy can be found here.
Prizes will be paid in Spaceship Voyager units within 10 business days of the draw.
General
(Not available with any other offer) This offer is available for a limited time (as set out above) only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(Your conduct) You may only use our $3,000 Giveaway for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
use the $3,000 Giveaway in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or
otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the $3,000 Giveaway.
We may ban you or withdraw your entry from participating in the $3,000 Giveaway, and not issue a prize to you if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
