Your insurance costs are based on factors including your age, cover type and amounts, sex at birth and your occupation rating. If you have Income Protection cover, insurance costs will also depend on the selected Waiting Period and Benefit Period. If you have Voluntary Cover, the cost is also based on information provided in your application and the cost the insurer has accepted.
Insurance premiums are deducted from your Spaceship Super account balance monthly in arrears on the last calendar day of each month. Premiums are inclusive of stamp duty and a 10% administration fee.
