This offer to participate in the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) (we, us, our) in relation to the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio, and Spaceship Earth Portfolio, as well as the Spaceship Master Fund (of which the Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio and Spaceship Explorer Portfolio are investment options) (collectively, Spaceship Voyager), subject to these terms.
You can only participate in the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion if you agree to these terms, so you should carefully read them before you participate. By participating in the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion, you are taken to agree to these terms.
What will you get?
If you sign up to Spaceship Voyager using the supplied Spaceship Investing Challenge link: https://spaceship.onelink.me/FDhV/gydplcf6, we’ll give a $50 investment bonus in the form of units in Spaceship Voyager (Bonus Units) to you. In order to receive the bonus you must be a new customer and invest at least $100 in a Spaceship Voyager portfolio during the period starting 19 June 2026 and ending 30 June 2026 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility Criteria
·This promotion is valid for new Spaceship customers only.
In order to be eligible you must:
submit your email via the registration form at https://spaceship.onelink.me/FDhV/gydplcf6;
create a new Spaceship Account;
complete the registration process for a Spaceship Voyager portfolio;
invest at least $100 during the promotional period to a single Spaceship Voyager portfolio;
keep it invested for 30 days; and
comply with these terms (including those set out in the General section below),
How and when will the Bonus Units be given to you
We'll issue the Bonus Units to your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio on 3 August 2026.
The number of units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed.
General
(Not available with any other offer) This offer is available for the Promotion Period only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(Our rights to extend or withdraw this offer) We reserve the right to extend or withdraw this offer without notice at any time at our sole discretion. If withdrawn, we’ll honour the offer in respect of any customers who satisfied the Eligibility Criteria before the offer is withdrawn.
(You do not represent us) You acknowledge that you do not, and you must not, represent us or any of our related bodies corporate (each being a member of the Spaceship Group).
(No misrepresentations or misleading conduct) You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements, about Spaceship Voyager, us or any other member of the Spaceship Group.
(No marketing/promotion) You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the offer, or Spaceship Voyager, through paid advertising or to the public at large.
(Your conduct) You may only use the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
use the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or
otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion.
We may ban you from participating in the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion, and not issue Bonus Units to you, at our sole discretion and without notice.
(Privacy) Your privacy is important to us. By participating in the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion, you acknowledge that we require your personal information. You agree to us handling your personal information for the purpose of the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion in accordance with Spaceship’s Privacy Collection Notice.
Limit of liability
Spaceship will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which is suffered as a result of the Spaceship Investing Challenge Promotion.
