Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion
Terms and conditions
This offer to participate in our Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) (we, us, our) in relation to the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio, and Spaceship Earth Portfolio, as well as the Spaceship Master Fund (of which the Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio and Spaceship Explorer Portfolio are investment options) (collectively, Spaceship Voyager), subject to these terms.
You can only participate in the Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion if you agree to these terms and meet the eligibility criteria, so you should carefully read them before you participate. By participating in the Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion, you are taken to agree to these terms.
What will you get?
If you invest at least $5 into a single Spaceship Voyager portfolio between 6 August 2026 (12:00am) and 31 August 2026 (11:59pm) (Promotional Period), and continue to hold your original investment (with no withdrawals) as at 30 November 2026, we'll match your first deposit dollar-for-dollar, up to $100 AUD, in the form of units (Bonus Units) applied to your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio, effective 4 December 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
This promotion is open to:
Existing Spaceship users who received an offer email/notification from Spaceship inviting them to participate in the offer, at our sole discretion; and
New customers who join Spaceship Voyager for the first time during the Promotional Period.
In order to be eligible you must:
Have received an offer email from Spaceship, and/or joined Spaceship Voyager for the first time between 6 August 2026 (12:00am) and 31 August 2026 (11:59pm);
Submit an investment of at least $5 into a Spaceship Voyager portfolio during the Promotional Period, and have that investment clear;
Continue to hold your original investment (no withdrawals) as at 30 November 2026 (withdrawals from 12:00am 1 December 2026 onward will not disqualify you);
Be an Australian resident aged 16 or older;
Comply with these terms (including those set out in the General section below), including not receiving any other Spaceship offer or bonus (e.g. referral bonuses) in connection with this investment.
How and when will the Bonus Units be given to you
We'll issue the Bonus Units to your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio on 4 December 2026.
The number of units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed.
General
(Not available with any other offer) This offer is available for the Promotion Period only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(One-time eligibility) You can only qualify for this promotion once, even if you make multiple qualifying investments or hold more than one Spaceship Voyager portfolio.
(No marketing/promotion) You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the offer, or Spaceship Voyager, through paid advertising or to the public at large. (This restriction applies to you as a customer; it does not limit Spaceship's own marketing of this offer through its official channels.)
(Our rights to extend or withdraw this offer) We reserve the right to extend or withdraw this offer without notice at any time at our sole discretion. If withdrawn, we’ll honour the offer in respect of any customers who satisfied the Eligibility Criteria before the offer is withdrawn.
(Tax responsibilities) The Bonus Units may have tax consequences. You are solely responsible for any taxes (including income tax and capital gains tax) that may arise from receiving or redeeming the Bonus Units. You should seek independent tax advice if you are unsure of your personal situation.
(You do not represent us) You acknowledge that you do not, and you must not, represent us or any of our related bodies corporate (each being a member of the Spaceship Group).
(No misrepresentations or misleading conduct) You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements, about Spaceship Voyager, us or any other member of the Spaceship Group.
(Availability) This promotion is only available to individuals who are residents of Australia, aged 16 or older, and who satisfy all other eligibility criteria.
(Your conduct) You may only use the Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
use the promotion in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or
otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the promotion.
We may ban you from participating in the promotion, and not issue Bonus Units to you, at our sole discretion and without notice.
(Privacy) Your privacy is important to us. By participating in the Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion, you acknowledge that we require your personal information. You agree to us handling your personal information for the purpose of the Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion
in accordance with Spaceship’s Privacy Collection Notice.
Limit of liability
Spaceship will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which is suffered as a result of the Spaceship Voyager Deposit Match Promotion.
We have no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks, bugs, viruses and server problems and accept no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
