Terms and conditions
All monetary amounts referred to in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. All times refer to Sydney time.
This offer to participate in the Spaceship Goal Getter Competition (Competition) is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) (we, us, our, Spaceship) of Level 3, 60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 in relation to the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio, and Spaceship Earth Portfolio, as well as the Spaceship Master Fund (of which the Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio and Spaceship Explorer Portfolio are investment options) (collectively, Spaceship Voyager) subject to these terms and conditions (Terms).
It is a condition of accepting a prize that you have agreed and complied with these Terms. By accepting a prize you are taken to agree to these Terms.
This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid Entry is individually judged against the judging criteria set out under 'How and when a winning prize will be given to you?' below. On this basis, we do not consider that a trade promotion permit or license is required in any Australian jurisdiction.
This Competition is open to Australian tax residents over the age of 16 who have signed up for at least one of the Spaceship Voyager portfolios. Employees of Spaceship, and their family members, may not enter the Competition.
What do you need to do?
To enter, use the official Spaceship Goal Getter Competition entry form to tell us, in 25 words or fewer, “what you are investing for and why?” (Entry). Entries submitted by any other method will not be counted. You must provide the email address registered to your Spaceship Voyager account; Entries submitted with an email address that does not match a Spaceship Voyager account will be invalid.
Entries open at 12:00am Sydney time on 21 September 2026 and close at 4:00pm Sydney time on 14 October 2026 (Promotional Period). There are no additional fees to enter or minimum investment amount. You can have up to one Entry. Where a person submits more than one Entry, only the first valid Entry received will be judged and all later Entries will be invalid.
Your Entry is valid if you make at least $100 in net eligible investments (Net Investment) during the Promotional Period. Net Investment means the total eligible investments minus any withdrawals or redemptions. Your Net Investment does not include any investment earnings on your Spaceship Voyager portfolios during the Promotional Period.
For this calculation:
Your Net Investment is measured over the course of the Promotional Period from 12:00am on 21 September 2026, and is finalised at 4:00pm Sydney time on 14 October 2026.
Only Spaceship Voyager transactions cleared and executed during the Promotional Period are counted (applications, redemptions, and full redemptions).
Late returns, dishonours, Direct Debit Reversal claims, adjustments, reinvestments, investment earnings, or transactions cleared and executed outside the Promotional Period are excluded.
Your Entry must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene content, or the personal information of any other person. By entering, you agree that if your Entry is selected, we may publish your Entry, together with your first name and last initial, to run and promote the Competition. Your Entry may be adapted for editorial purposes if published.
What will you get?
If you meet the Eligibility Criteria below, your Entry will be judged on merit and ranked. If your Entry is selected, we will match your Net Investment, capped at $2,500 total per customer, paid in the form of units (Bonus Units) to your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio (Match).
A total prize pool of $25,000 is available across the five award days from 19 October 2026 to 23 October 2026 (each an award day). At least two Matches will be awarded on each award day, and at least 10 Matches will be awarded in total, subject to there being a sufficient number of valid Entries. The total value of Matches awarded will be approximately $25,000, and will not exceed $27,500.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible you must:
Be an Australian tax resident aged 16 or older;
Have an open Spaceship Voyager portfolio when you enter, when Entries are judged, and when your Bonus Units are paid;
Submit an Entry of 25 words or fewer through the official Spaceship Goal Getter Entry form before 4:00pm Sydney time on 14 October 2026, using the email address registered to your Spaceship Voyager account;
Reach a Net Investment of at least $100 during the Promotional Period; and
Comply with these Terms (including those set out in the General section below).
Eligibility is at our sole discretion. We may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before we apply your Bonus Units.
How and when a winning prize will be given to you?
Judging will take place on 15 October 2026 by a panel of three judges (Judges). Each valid Entry will be judged on creativity, originality, and emotional resonance and connection to the Entry form question (judging criteria). Judges see only your Entry. They have no visibility of your Net Investment or any other account information, and Net Investment plays no part in determining winners.
Each Judge will independently review all valid Entries and identify the Entries they consider best, based on the judging criteria. The Judges will then convene to agree a single combined ranking of these Entries, starting with a shortlist of approximately 100 Entries. If the value of Matches for the shortlisted Entries is less than $25,000, the Judges will identify and rank further Entries, continuing until the value of Matches reaches $25,000.
Each Entry is ranked solely by reference to the judging criteria. If two or more Entries are assessed by the Judges as being of equivalent merit at the point of ranking, the tie is resolved by further reference to the judging criteria alone, for example by preferring the Entry that received the higher individual ranking from a majority of Judges. No part of the ranking is determined by ballot, random draw, or any other method involving chance.
The ranking is set before the first Matches are awarded and does not change. The Judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each award day has a starting pool of $5,000, together with any unspent balance carried forward from the preceding award day (Daily Pool). Matches will be awarded in rank order, with each Match paid in full. If the amount of an entrant's Match exceeds the balance remaining in the Daily Pool, that Match will not be paid in part; no further Matches will be awarded on that award day, and that entrant will be first in rank order on the following award day, and the unspent balance will carry forward to that day's Daily Pool.
Example. The first award day has a Daily Pool of $5,000. Matches of $2,500 and $2,000 are deemed valid, leaving a balance of $500. The next entrant in rank order has a Match of $1,200, which exceeds the remaining balance. Accordingly, no further Matches are awarded on that day, and the $500 balance carries forward. The second award day therefore has a Daily Pool of $5,500, and that entrant is first in rank order.
On the final award day (23 October 2026), Matches will be awarded in rank order until the cumulative value of Matches awarded equals or exceeds $25,000. As each Match is paid in full, the cumulative value of Matches awarded may exceed $25,000, but will not exceed $27,500.
Winners are announced across the five award days at 4:00pm Sydney time, and notified by email on the day they are selected. We will publish the first name and last initial of each winner, and their Entry, on 30 October 2026, unless they ask us not to. Matches are paid on 30 October 2026. The number of Bonus Units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed. If we cannot contact a winner, or a winner is ineligible or in breach of these Terms, we may withdraw that Match and award it to the next entrant in the rank order.
General
(Not available with any other offer) This offer is available for the Promotional Period only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(One-time eligibility) You can only participate once in this Competition.
(Our rights to extend or withdraw this offer) We reserve the right to change, extend or withdraw this Competition at any time without notice and at our sole discretion.
(Tax responsibilities) A Match may have tax consequences. You are solely responsible for any taxes (including income tax and capital gains tax) that may arise from receiving or redeeming Bonus Units. You should seek independent tax advice if you are unsure of your personal situation.
(You do not represent us) You acknowledge that you do not, and you must not, represent us or any of our related bodies corporate (each being a member of the Spaceship Group).
(No misrepresentations or misleading conduct) You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements, about Spaceship Voyager, us or any other member of the Spaceship Group.
(Availability) This Competition is only available to individuals who are residents of Australia and who satisfy all other eligibility criteria.
(No marketing/promotion) You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the Competition, or Spaceship Voyager, through paid advertising or to the public at large.
(Privacy) Your privacy is important to us. By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that we require your personal information, including the information you provide on the Entry form. You agree to us handling your personal information for the purpose of the Competition in accordance with Spaceship's Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Notice.
(Your conduct) You may only use the Competition for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
use the Competition in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
submit an Entry that is not your own work;
otherwise attempt to circumvent these Terms or the Competition.
We may ban you or withdraw your Entry from participating in the Competition, and not pay your Bonus Units to you, if you do not comply with these Terms.
Limit of liability
Spaceship will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which is suffered as a result of the Competition.
We have no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks, bugs, viruses, and server problems and accept no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason, including any failure of an Entry to be received or recorded. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
