This offer to participate in the Spaceship Voyager FinFest Reaction Game Promotion is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) (we, us, our, Spaceship) in relation to the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio, and Spaceship Earth Portfolio, as well as the Spaceship Master Fund (of which the Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio and Spaceship Explorer Portfolio are investment options) (collectively, Spaceship Voyager), subject to these terms.

You can only participate in the Spaceship Voyager FinFest Reaction Game Promotion if you agree to these terms and meet the eligibility criteria, so you should carefully read them before you participate. By participating in the Spaceship Voyager FinFest Reaction Game Promotion, you are taken to agree to these terms.

If you register and play the reaction game at the Spaceship booth at FinFest 2026, Carriageworks, Sydney, on 24 October 2026, you will receive rewards based on the number of sticks you catch (out of 8) in a single play. Rewards are cumulative, as set out below.

Dollar amounts are awarded in the form of Spaceship Voyager units (Bonus Units). For example, a player who catches all 8 sticks will receive a tote bag, cup, hat, socks and charger, plus $250 AUD in Bonus Units.

To receive your Bonus Units, you must make a deposit of at least $25 AUD into a Spaceship Voyager portfolio within 14 days of the email we send you on Monday, 26 October 2026 (that is, by 11:59pm on 9 November 2026), and hold that deposit (with no withdrawals) for 60 days from the date it clears. We will credit the Bonus Units to your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio on 22 January 2027. The number of units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed. The value of Bonus Units can rise or fall after they are credited.

Merchandise rewards are provided at the booth at the time of play. Merchandise is not exchangeable for cash or any other item.

The reaction game is a game of skill: your reward depends on how many of the 8 sticks you catch. Registration is completed by scanning the QR code at the booth and submitting your first name and email address. Spaceship staff will record your result, including the number of sticks caught and the rewards won, on the day. Spaceship’s record of your result is final.

On Monday, 26 October 2026, we will email all participants to confirm the Bonus Units they have won and the steps to receive them.

(One play per person) Each person may play the reaction game once only.

(Not available with any other offer) This offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer, including referral bonuses, in connection with the same deposit.

(One-time eligibility) You can only receive Bonus Units under this promotion once.

(Limited rewards) The total reward pool for this promotion is $10,000 AUD, made up of $6,000 in merchandise and $4,000 in Bonus Units. Rewards are available while stocks and funds last, and we may substitute merchandise of equal or greater value.

(Staff decisions) Our staff may make decisions about gameplay, results and eligibility on the day. Our decisions are final.

(Marketing and contact) We will email you about this promotion to confirm your result and the steps to receive Bonus Units. If you tick the marketing opt-in box when registering, you also agree that we may contact you by email about other Spaceship products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

(Our rights to extend or withdraw this offer) We reserve the right to extend, modify or withdraw this offer without notice at any time at our sole discretion. If withdrawn, we’ll honour the offer in respect of any participants who satisfied the Eligibility Criteria before the offer is withdrawn.

(Tax responsibilities) The Bonus Units and merchandise may have tax consequences. You are solely responsible for any taxes (including income tax and capital gains tax) that may arise from receiving or redeeming them. You should seek independent tax advice if you are unsure of your personal situation.

(You do not represent us) You acknowledge that you do not, and you must not, represent us or any of our related bodies corporate (each being a member of the Spaceship Group).

(No misrepresentations or misleading conduct) You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements about Spaceship Voyager, us or any other member of the Spaceship Group.

(Your conduct) You may only participate for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not use the promotion in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or attempt to circumvent these terms or the promotion, including by tampering with the game or playing more than once. We may ban you from participating, and not issue rewards to you, at our sole discretion and without notice.

(Safety) You participate in the reaction game at your own risk and must follow the instructions of Spaceship staff.

(Privacy) Your privacy is important to us. By participating, you acknowledge that we require your personal information. You agree to us handling your personal information for the purpose of the Spaceship Voyager FinFest Reaction Game Promotion in accordance with Spaceship’s Privacy Collection Notice.

Spaceship will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which is suffered as a result of the Spaceship Voyager FinFest Reaction Game Promotion, including any injury sustained while playing the game, to the extent permitted by law.
