How can I change my bank account?

You can change your linked bank account by reaching out to our Customer Support team directly.

Before you can link a new bank account, we’ll need to complete a few security checks first. This helps keep Spaceship and your account secure.

Spaceship works with a secure third party provider to validate your existing and new bank accounts and verify that you are the owner. You will be required to go through this validation process, along with a security check before changing your linked bank account.

You will then need to complete an identity verification check, all you’ll need is a current driver licence, passport or proof of age card. We’ll ask you to take a photo of your identification document, confirm your details, and do a live selfie.

Once we complete the security check, you’ll be able to link your new bank account.

It typically takes us just a few minutes to complete the security check, but it may take up to five business days where manual review is required.

Spaceship may require its customers to complete additional security steps when updating their bank details. Any such steps enable us to protect our customers' accounts and we appreciate our customers' assistance in this regard.
