Tax consequences will likely arise when you:

  • Make an investment in a Spaceship Voyager portfolio.

  • Withdraw units from a Spaceship Voyager portfolio.

  • Receive distributions from a Spaceship Voyager portfolio.

Because you are the beneficial owner of the assets held within your chosen Spaceship Voyager portfolio, all income, dividends, capital gains and capital losses, and their taxation consequences, pass directly to you. Capital gains may be eligible for a 50% discount if you've held your investment for more than 12 months. The portfolio itself is not taxed.

We will send you the relevant statements required to complete your tax return. Click here to find out how tax time works if you have a Spaceship Voyager portfolio.

If you would like further information about the Australian tax consequences of investing in a Spaceship Voyager portfolio, please check out the relevant Product Disclosure Statement as well as 'Section 6: Additional information about tax' in the Spaceship Voyager Reference Guide.
