Your sale will be processed based on when we receive your sale request.
If we receive your request before 4pm (Sydney time) on a business day, your sale will generally be processed using the unit price calculated after 11am on the following business day.
If your request is received after 4pm (Sydney time) on a business day, the sale will be processed using the unit price calculated after 11am on the second business day.
We calculate the unit price after 11am (Sydney time) each business day (which is Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays).
Once your sale has been processed, it may take another one to two business days to receive the funds in your Spaceship account. If you'd like to withdraw your funds to your linked bank account, you must wait for them to arrive in your Spaceship account first.
Example: If you submit your sale request on Wednesday at 3pm (Sydney time), you will receive the unit price calculated after 11am on Thursday, and will generally receive your funds in your Spaceship account 1-2 business days after we have calculated the price.
However, if you submit your sale request on Wednesday at 5pm (Sydney time), you will receive the unit price calculated after 11am on Friday, and will generally receive your funds 1-2 business days after we have calculated the price.
