Withdrawals are generally processed within one to two business days, depending on when we receive your request. From there, it can take up to five business days for the funds to appear as available money in your account.
Processing timeframes
When your withdrawal is processed depends on the time of day we receive your request.
If we receive your request before 4pm (Sydney time) on a business day, it will generally be processed using the unit price calculated after 11am the next business day.
If we receive your request after 4pm (Sydney time) on a business day, it will generally be processed using the unit price calculated after 11am on the second business day after your request.
We calculate the unit price after 11am (Sydney time) each business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your withdrawal is processed
After your withdrawal has been processed, it may take up to five business days for the funds to appear as available money in your account. From there, you can transfer the funds to your linked bank account or invest them.
Example:
If you submit your request on a Wednesday at 3pm (Sydney time), you'll receive the unit price calculated after 11am on Thursday. Your funds will generally appear in your account one to two business days after that.
If you submit your request on a Wednesday at 5pm (Sydney time), you'll receive the unit price calculated after 11am on Friday, with funds arriving one to two business days later.
