Spaceship Super is regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Like most super funds, we operate within a structured trust, with a trustee appointed to safeguard the assets for the benefit of the members (you), and act in a capacity of trust as a fiduciary, with legal responsibility for all aspects, including financial aspects (receipts, disbursements and investment) of managing those assets.

Spaceship Super does not hold the assets of the fund and in the chance that we were to experience financial difficulty, creditors would be unable to gain access to the assets of the trust to settle any of our debts.
