You have the right to change superannuation funds and cancel your membership by notifying us via email at help@spaceship.com.au during the 14 day cooling-off period. Refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for more information on how the cooling-off period works,

Please note that a complying super fund, retirement savings account or approved deposit fund must be nominated in order for the investment to be transferred. Your account balance will be adjusted for any changes in the unit price of the investment option, less any transaction costs.

If you have missed the cooling-off period, you can still decide to change super funds.
