We generally process investments within 1-2 business days.

If you submit an investment instruction and the necessary funds before 4pm on a business day, you’ll receive the unit price calculated after 11am on the next business day.

If you submit after 4pm on a business day, your request will be processed on the next business day and you’ll receive the unit price calculated after 11am on the business day after we process your request.

However, for larger investments, it may take 3-5 days to process your investment. This is because we may require cleared funds and some additional information before processing your instructions. In these cases, you’ll receive the unit price on the next business day after we process your request.

A business day is a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in New South Wales.
