If your Boost doesn't seem to be working, or transactions aren't showing up in your boost balance, here are a few common reasons.
Your transactions are still pending
We can only count transactions that have been fully processed (cleared) by your bank. Some transactions take a few days to clear, so a purchase you made today might not show up in your boost balance straight away.
We check once a day, not in real time
Even once a transaction clears, it may take until our next daily check before it's added to your boost balance.
Your boost balance hasn't reached $10 yet
Boosts only invest once your boost balance reaches $10. For example, if you have Round Ups turned on, we'll wait until the accumulated value of your rounded-up transactions hits $10 before processing the investment.
Once that threshold is reached, we'll typically submit the investment for processing on the next business day. The amount is invested at the unit price on the day it's processed.
