Here's how to reset your password:
In the mobile app:
Open the mobile app.
Tap on the Menu section.
Tap on 'Personal information' in the 'Your details' section.
Tap on 'Edit' in the 'Contact information' section.
Follow the prompts.
In the web app:
Open the web app.
Click on the Account section.
Click on 'Edit' in the 'Your details > Contact information' section.
Follow the prompts.
When you change your password, you'll be automatically logged out so you can log back in with your new password.
