How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password from the Spaceship app login screen.

  • Open the app.

  • Tap Log in, then Forgot password.

  • Enter the email address linked to your account and tap Continue.

  • Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and tap Verify.

  • Follow the prompts to set a new password.

When you change your password, you’ll be automatically logged out so you can log back in with the new one.

If your phone number has changed and you’re not receiving the SMS code, contact us so we can update your number on file.

Still having trouble logging in?

If resetting your password didn't help, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Update the app: Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version from the relevant app store.

  • Disable any VPN: VPNs can sometimes interfere with authentication.

  • Enter your details manually: If you use a password manager or autofill, type your email and password in by hand to rule out autofill errors.

  • Check your email address: You’ll need the email address linked to your Spaceship account. If you’re unsure which email you used, try any others you may have signed up with.
