Your account will be verified once we have verified your identity. We'll attempt to verify your identity during the onboarding process. If we're unable to verify your identity instantly, we may require additional information from you. In this instance, it can take 1-2 business days to finalise verification once we have received any additional information from you.
Tip: To make sure your application is processed quickly, it's best to have two forms of government-issued ID (e.g. your Australian passport and driver licence) on hand!
