You can change your personal details within the Spaceship mobile app or by contacting our customer support team.
Please note that changing details such as your name, contact details, linked bank account, and/or tax residency will apply to all Spaceship products and services you use, including Spaceship Super, Spaceship Voyager, and US Investing.
In some cases, we may need to verify your identity or your details before we can make changes. You may also be unable to change some details within certain timeframes.
Here's how to change your details:
In the mobile app:
Open the mobile app.
Tap on the Menu section.
Navigate to the 'Your details' section.
In the web app:
Open the web app.
Click on the Account section.
Navigate to the 'Your details' section.
