Spaceship doesn't charge any fees for transferring US securities you hold with other brokers into Spaceship. However, you may be charged a fee by your current brokerage service to transfer out.

Spaceship charges a processing fee of A$200 per transfer out to another brokerage service. Additional processing fees may be charged by the other brokerage service.

Only whole shares in an ETF or stock are transferable. Fractional shares can't be transferred.
