This offer to participate in our $3,000 Giveaway for the Spaceship US Investing Service is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) of Level 1, 20 Hunter Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (we, us, our) subject to these terms.

It is a condition of accepting a prize that you have agreed and complied with these terms and conditions. By accepting a prize, you are taken to agree to these terms.

This trade promotion is open to Australian tax residents over the age of 18 who have signed up for the Spaceship US Investing Service. Employees of Spaceship, and their family members, may not enter the $3,000 Giveaway.

If you meet the Eligibility Criteria below, you’ll go in the draw for either a grand prize of $1,000, or one of 10x $200 prizes paid as a prepaid gift card.

You’ll be entered into the draw when you use the Spaceship US Investing Service during the promotional period.

Entries open on 14 September 2023, and close on 30 September 2023.

Before 30 September 2023, use the Spaceship mobile app to make an investment in a US Stock or ETF through your US Investing Account that successfully settles.

Make an investment in a US stock or ETF through your US Investing account beginning 25 September 2023 and ending 30 September 2023 (that successfully settles).

To be eligible you must:

You can have up to 10 entries in the draw. If you enter the draw more than 10 times, only 10 entries will be counted.

The $3,000 Giveaway draw will be held on 9 October 2023, at 2.00pm (AEDT).

There will be one random electronic draw to select the 11 winners for the prizes held at Spaceship’s offices. We will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine winners. The first entry randomly drawn from all entries will provisionally win the $1,000 prize. The next 10 entries randomly drawn from all entries will provisionally win a $200 prize. We may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry is unclaimed or otherwise deemed invalid. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners and will hold an unclaimed prize for 30 days until awarding it to a reserve winner.

The winners of the draw will be notified by email on 10 October 2023.

We will publish the names and postcodes of the eleven winners of the cash prizes on our Newsletter (which will be available on our website at https://www.spaceship.com.au/), unless the winners request their details not to be published.

Prizes will be paid in prepaid gift cards within 10 business days of the draw.

(Your conduct) You may only use our $3,000 Giveaway for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:

use the $3,000 Giveaway in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or

otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the $3,000 Giveaway.

We may ban you or withdraw your entry from participating in the $3,000 Giveaway, and not issue a prize to you if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
