You can only participate in our Customer Research Promotion if you agree to these terms, so you should carefully read them before you participate. By participating in our Customer Research Promotion, you are taken to agree to these terms.
What will you get?
If you meet the Eligibility Criteria below, you’ll go in the draw to win $100 invested into your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio.
What do you need to do?
You’ll be entered into the draw when you complete a customer research survey on the Spaceship US Investing Service between 27 October 2023 and 6 November 2023.
What do you need to do (Eligibility Criteria)?
To be eligible you must:
Be a Spaceship Voyager customer (that is, hold units in either the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio or Spaceship Earth Portfolio);
Be over 18 years of age; and
Complete a customer research survey on the Spaceship US Investing Service and provide your contact details in the survey.
Employees of Spaceship, and their family members, are not eligible.
How and when a winning prize will be determined
The Customer Research Promotion draw will be held on 15 November 2023 at 2.00pm (AEDT).
There will be one random electronic draw to select the prize winner held at Spaceship’s offices.
We will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine the winner. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning. We may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry is unclaimed or otherwise deemed invalid. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners and will hold an unclaimed prize for 30 days until awarding it to a reserve winner.
The winners of the draw will be notified by email on 16 November 2023.
We will publish the name of the prize winner in these Terms & Conditions, unless the winners request their details not to be published.
The $100 prize will be invested in the winner’s primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio within 28 days of the draw.
General
(Not available with any other offer) This offer is available for a limited time (as set out above) only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(Your conduct) You may only use our Customer Research Promotion for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
use the Customer Research Promotion in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or
otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the Customer Research Promotion.
We may ban you or withdraw your entry from participating in the Customer Research Promotion, and not issue a prize to you if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
