Terms and conditions
This offer to participate in our Spaceship Investments Campaign (Campaign) is made by Spaceship Capital Limited (ABN 67 621 011 649, AFSL 501605) (we, us, our) in relation to the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Universe Portfolio, and Spaceship Earth Portfolio, as well as the Spaceship Master Fund (of which the Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio and Spaceship Explorer Portfolio are investment options) (collectively, Spaceship Voyager), subject to these terms (Terms).
You can only participate in the Campaign if you agree to these Terms and meet all eligibility criteria, so you should carefully read them before you participate. By participating in the Campaign, you are taken to agree to these Terms.
What is the offer?
You can opt in to the Campaign from 28 October 2025 to 30 November 2025 (Campaign Period).
If you opt in and make at least $100 in net eligible investments (Net Investments) to your Spaceship Voyager portfolios during the Campaign Period, you may receive a 3% bonus (Bonus).
If you opt in before 1 November 2025, your Net Investments will be counted from 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025. If you opt in on or after 1 November 2025, your Net Investments will be counted from your opt-in date to 30 November 2025.
The Bonus is calculated on your Net Investments (the total eligible investments minus any withdrawals or redemptions) made from your opt-in date (or 1 November 2025 if you opted in earlier) to 30 November 2025.
Your Net Investments do not include any investment earnings on your Spaceship Voyager portfolios during the Campaign Period.
Bonuses are:
Capped at $10,000 total per customer.
Split into four equal quarterly payments, credited in the form of units (Bonus Units) to your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio.
Paid over the following year in four quarterly instalments. To keep receiving these payments, you must not make any withdrawals or redemptions from any of your Spaceship Voyager portfolios between 1 December 2025 and 30 November 2026.
If you make a withdrawal or redemption during this period, you’ll forfeit all remaining payments of Bonus Units, even if you’ve already received one or more instalments.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Campaign, you must:
Have an open Spaceship Voyager portfolio;
Opt in to the Campaign via the Spaceship app by 30 November 2025;
Make at least $100 in Net Investments during the Campaign Period;
Be an Australian resident aged 16 or older;
Comply with these terms (including those set out in the General section below).
Eligibility is at our sole discretion.
How and when will you receive the Bonus Units
Your 3% Bonus will be calculated based on your total Net Investments from your opt-in date (or 1 November 2025 if you opted in earlier) until 30 November 2025, using each transaction's created/submitted date and time (Sydney time).
Only Spaceship Voyager transactions cleared and executed during the Campaign Period are counted (applications, redemptions, full redemptions).
Late returns, dishonours, DDR claims, adjustments, reinvestments or transactions cleared and executed outside the Campaign Period are excluded.
If eligible, your Bonus will be issued as Bonus Units in your primary Spaceship Voyager portfolio in four equal instalments (with odd cents added to the first):

The number of Bonus Units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed.
Retention requirement and disqualification
To continue receiving Bonus payments, you must keep your funds invested in your Spaceship Voyager portfolios for the full retention period (1 December 2025 to 30 November 2026).
You will forfeit remaining Bonus instalments if:
You make any withdrawal or redemption from any Spaceship Voyager portfolio during the retention period.
You close all Spaceship Voyager portfolios.
Your account is blocked, suspended, or flagged for operational or compliance reasons.
Any Bonus payment already received before disqualification remain yours.
General
(Not available with any other offer) This offer is available for the Campaign Period only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(One-time eligibility) You can only participate once in this Campaign.
(Our rights to extend or withdraw this offer) We reserve the right to change, extend or withdraw this Campaign at any time without notice and at our sole discretion..
(Tax responsibilities) The Bonus Units may have tax consequences. You are solely responsible for any taxes (including income tax and capital gains tax) that may arise from receiving or redeeming the Bonus Units. You should seek independent tax advice if you are unsure of your personal situation.
(You do not represent us) You acknowledge that you do not, and you must not, represent us or any of our related bodies corporate (each being a member of the Spaceship Group).
(No misrepresentations or misleading conduct) You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements, about Spaceship Voyager, us or any other member of the Spaceship Group.
(Availability) This Campaign is only available to individuals who are residents of Australia and who satisfy all other eligibility criteria.
(No marketing/promotion) You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the Campaign, or Spaceship Voyager, through paid advertising or to the public at large.
(Your conduct) You may only use this Campaign for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
use the Campaign in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or
otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the Campaign.
We may ban you from participating in the Campaign, and not issue Bonus Units to you, at our sole discretion and without notice.
(Privacy) Your privacy is important to us. By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that we require your personal information. You agree to us handling your personal information for the purpose of the Campaign in accordance with Spaceship’s Privacy Collection Notice.
Limit of liability
Spaceship will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which is suffered as a result of the Campaign.
We have no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks, bugs, viruses and server problems and accept no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
