You can close your portfolio/account via the mobile app by heading to the 'Account' tab then selecting 'Close portfolio'. You will need to be running the most up to date version of the app for this option to be visible to you.

Alternatively, you can send us an email at, contact us via the Help tab in the Spaceship app, or via the live chat on our website found in the lower right hand corner. 

Any outstanding balance will usually be paid to you within 5 Business days of receiving your request.

Please note that uninstalling the app will not close your account, nor will it cancel any pending or scheduled transactions set up in your investment plan.
