If you do not currently have a balance with Spaceship Super, you can close your account by sending us an email at help@spaceship.com.au or contacting us via the Help tab in the Spaceship app, or via the live chat on our website found in the lower right hand corner.

For customers who hold a balance with Spaceship Super, you can instead transfer the full balance of your super to another super fund, which will automatically close your account. This is done by requesting an electronic rollover at your nominated super fund or completing the Rollover Initiation Request Form.
