To close a Spaceship Voyager account head to the FAQ “How do I close my Spaceship Voyager account?”
To close a Spaceship Super account head to the FAQ “How do I close my Spaceship Super account?”
To close a Spaceship US Investing account head to the FAQ “How do I close my US Investing account?”
Noting that uninstalling the app will not close your account, nor will it cancel any pending or scheduled transactions set up in any investment plan you may have set up with your Spaceship Voyager portfolios or securities/EFTs you hold in your US Investing account.
In regards to deleting your data, Australian laws oblige financial services companies like Spaceship to maintain account and transaction information for prescribed periods to meet regulatory and tax requirements. This means we are unable to delete all your personal information when you close your account.
