There may be some circumstances where your buy order is cancelled or rejected after you place it, including:
Your direct debit has failed;
Your funds have failed to clear;
We need to confirm your new W-8BEN form;
It doesn't meet certain other checks or requirements (such as regulatory requirements);
It hit the Pattern Day Trader limit.
The security is in a trading halt;
The security has been delisted; or
The security is subject to a corporate action, such as a stock split or takeover bid.
In extremely rare circumstances, your order may be cancelled or rejected due to a market-wide trading halt.
