If you place a one-off buy order and your direct debit fails, the order will automatically be cancelled. We won't retry to direct debit the money, and you'll need to place a new one-off buy order if you wish to continue with your investment.
If your investment plan has triggered a buy order as part of its regular cycle, and your direct debit fails, we won't try to direct debit the money for that buy order, and your investment plan will continue to run as scheduled. However, we may cancel your investment plan if you have further direct debit fails.
If your direct debit fails, you could be charged a dishonour or overdraft fee by your bank. Please note that Spaceship can't reimburse dishonour or overdraft fees.
