If you held a Spaceship Voyager portfolio during the 2025–26 financial year (FY26), you may have received a distribution (your share of a portfolio's income, such as dividends and interest). When you'll receive it, how much it's worth, and what you need to do next all depend on which portfolio you're invested in.
When will I receive my distribution?
It depends on which portfolio you hold.
Spaceship Origin Portfolio — your distribution will be credited to your available money balance on or around 9 July 2026. If you've opted in to auto-reinvest distributions, your distribution will be reinvested as additional units in the Spaceship Origin Portfolio on 1 July 2026 instead.
Spaceship Earth Portfolio, Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio, and Spaceship Explorer Portfolio — these portfolios pay distributions by issuing additional units rather than cash. Your distribution units were reinvested on 1 July 2026 and are reflected in your portfolio balance and transaction history.
Spaceship Universe Portfolio — there is no distribution for the Spaceship Universe Portfolio this financial year.
What was the distribution amount?
The distribution amount is based on the amount of units you held on the distribution calculation date (30 June 2026).
The following are the distribution amounts per unit (DPUs) for each of the Spaceship Voyager portfolios.
The table below shows the distribution amount per unit (DPU) for each Spaceship Voyager portfolio, going back to FY20.

Why didn’t I receive a distribution?
A few things can affect whether you received a distribution, including which portfolio you hold and how much net income it generated this year. Read our guide on the reasons you might not have received a distribution for more detail.
How can a managed fund have a zero distribution?
A managed fund's expenses are offset against its income, and only the net income left over is distributed to unitholders (people who hold units in the fund). Sometimes income — generally interest, dividends, and realised capital gains — is lower than expenses such as management fees, so there's no net income to distribute.
A fund can also carry forward realised losses from previous years. These losses reduce future distributions until they're offset against new income. Importantly, a zero cash distribution doesn't necessarily mean poor performance. A fund can still perform well without making a cash distribution.

What should I do next?
Getting your tax statement
By the end of August 2026, you'll receive a tax statement (also known as an AMMA statement) if you were eligible for a distribution this financial year. It'll outline any income you received from your Spaceship Voyager investments.
To be eligible, you needed to be a unitholder — invested in a Spaceship Voyager portfolio — on the distribution calculation date of 30 June 2026.
For FY26 (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026):
You'll receive an AMMA statement if you're eligible for a distribution and you're invested in the Spaceship Origin Portfolio, Spaceship Earth Portfolio, Spaceship Galaxy Portfolio, or Spaceship Explorer Portfolio as these portfolios declared distributions this financial year.
You won't receive an AMMA statement if you invested in the Spaceship Universe Portfolio, as this portfolio had no distribution this financial year.
Getting your annual statement
If you held a Spaceship Voyager account during the financial year (1 July to 30 June), we'll send you an annual statement. It includes a record of all your transactions for the period, which you or your tax agent can use to work out whether you've triggered a tax event, such as a capital gain or loss.
If you closed your Spaceship Voyager account during the financial year, you'll have received an exit statement at the time of closure instead. This covers the same transaction and capital gain or loss information for the period you were invested.
If you need your transaction history sooner, here's how to get it:
Open the Spaceship app.
Go to your Spaceship Voyager transaction history.
Download it as a CSV export.
